Fred Richardson is a results-driven executive whose motivation is rooted in his desire to continuously learn. This drive and motivation to implement world-class process improvement for clients are manifested through the transformational business results Fred brings to clients across a wide spectrum of industries.
With a solid 20-year track-record, Fred’s unique approach combines solid project management best practices and principles with creativity to help clients become more efficient, reduce costs and maximize their resources to attain business goals. He does this by helping clients manage their internal business operations, assists with financial planning and budgeting, and determining effective resource capacity management.
Disciplined and data-driven, Fred has spent his career in operational efficiency, business management, program management and strategic business alignment across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, business operations and professional services.
Fred holds a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology. He is also Lean Six Sigma Certified for Operational Excellence. He was recognized with the Emerging Leaders Award for Entrepreneurship from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Fred brings his knowledge and know-how to other business leaders wanting to take a closer look at how to improve their organization’s success. Fred frequently speaks on various project management and efficiency improvement topics.
Further, Fred is deeply committed to his local community and works hard to help the next generation of operational business leaders achieve success. He is actively involved in the CE Wilson Consulting Scholarship Review and Award Committee for Entrepreneurship, which helps create a solid education foundation for future project management professionals. He also served on sports youth boards, encouraging young men to reach their full potential.
When he’s not busy helping organizations improve their business operations or giving back to the community, Fred can be found spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, or shooting hoops while thinking about how he can continue to make a difference personally and professionally.
